Role DescriptionAs one of our pioneering AI/ML engineers, you will have the unique opportunity to:Engage in innovative projects that blend LLMs with traditional machine learning techniques.Develop novel ideas for research synthesis utilizing NLP techniques and demonstrate their business impact.Collaborate closely with external partners to accelerate our growth trajectory.Influence product decisions, strategic direction, and prioritization.Help shape our engineering culture and practices.With over 20 enterprise clients already onboard and tens of thousands of interactions on our platform, there is ample data to analyze and enhance. Sample ProjectsCreate a search ranking algorithm that leverages user interaction signals alongside semantic and PostgreSQL-based text search to enhance relevance and accuracy.Develop a proprietary prompt system that continuously refines prompts and outputs based on production signals and human feedback.Open source a benchmark for evaluating LLM outputs specifically for investment research tasks.Design a deduplication system that utilizes in-app signals and external data sources for accurate entity resolution from speech-to-text outputs.Construct a custom knowledge graph for each research sprint, transforming unstructured interview data into actionable insights while dynamically integrating relevant data.
