Qualifications
What You’ll Do:First Point of Contact: Manage support requests through our service desk and various support channels (walk-ups, email, chat) by logging, categorizing, prioritizing, resolving, or escalating issues with comprehensive ticket notes and timely user updates. Identity & Access Management (Okta): Assist with sign-in problems, multi-factor authentication (MFA) re-registration, factor resets, and basic single sign-on (SSO) troubleshooting; collaborate with identity administrators for actions requiring elevated permissions. Collaboration Suites (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365): Conduct email troubleshooting, password resets, account unlocks/suspensions, basic group membership updates, and license assignments in accordance with least-privilege roles. Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML): Prepare equipment, provision and modify access, recover assets, and de-provision accounts in compliance with policy. Endpoint Support: Troubleshoot macOS/iOS (Apple-focused) and fundamental Windows issues, including Wi-Fi/VPN, printing, peripherals, software installations/updates, and device configurations. Device Deployment & Management: Enroll and support Macs using Jamf (with Apple Business Manager/Automated Device Enrollment) and Windows devices via Microsoft Intune; adhere to build standards and compliance checks. Asset Management: Monitor inventory and assignments, maintain stock levels, and ensure accurate records for audits.
