The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide tailored support to the CEO and senior leadership, allowing them to concentrate on strategic initiatives. This position blends traditional EA responsibilities with the chance to enhance operational efficiencies, oversee compliance processes, and facilitate global travel arrangements.
Your Responsibilities:
Efficiently coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details, communications, and follow-ups are handled promptly.
Arrange both domestic and international travel, requiring a comprehensive understanding of each executive's business agendas and personal preferences, including making restaurant and business entertainment suggestions and reservations.
Prepare monthly expense reports, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
Lead the planning and execution of company offsite events, defining objectives, managing budgets, researching and securing venues, coordinating logistics and travel, overseeing schedules, and ensuring an impeccable experience from start to finish.
Proactively communicate and check in with managers to ensure alignment and support.
Screen communications as necessary, reading, researching, collecting, prioritizing, and routing correspondence professionally.
Maintain and update contact information in the CRM database accurately.
Safeguard confidentiality regarding all client and company information.
Adhere to company policies while effectively meeting the needs of the executives supported.
