Role Overview: DSP Media Manager
Based in New York, this role sits within the Client Services division on the DSP team. The Media Manager creates, monitors, and tracks programmatic advertising campaigns for clients across platforms like Amazon and other Omni-Channel Retailers. Programmatic advertising now drives the majority of digital ad spending in the US and Europe, so this position offers exposure to a range of DSP platforms and collaboration with major brands and advertisers.
What You Will Do
- Act as the main point of contact for a varied client portfolio.
- Develop data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations tailored to each client’s DSP campaign goals.
- Communicate expectations clearly and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- Manage campaigns from setup through daily optimization to final reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance, compare strategies, and test new ideas for ongoing improvement.
- Support improvements to operational processes for greater efficiency.
- Build expertise and credibility as a trusted resource on DSP platforms.
- Train and mentor support specialists in daily campaign management.
- Travel as needed to meet client requirements.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a strong background in programmatic advertising and hands-on familiarity with DSPs and biddable platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, with an interest in staying current on industry trends.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy setting.
