Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Product Operations to spearhead the rollout, adoption, and evaluation of our products. This position combines operational excellence with analytical insights, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch while integrating customer feedback into the product development cycle. You will lead cross-functional releases, quantify value creation, and drive continuous product and process enhancements.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner of product releases, cultivating strong partnerships with product management, engineering, tech ops, design, marketing, operations, analytics, finance, and other key teams for effective coordination and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead the Product Operations team (currently consisting of four members, with opportunities for growth), including two dedicated Product Operations Managers responsible for executing product releases and analysis, along with a product support team of two focused on resolving internal inquiries and generating insights from Operations and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to guarantee successful and timely product launches while proactively identifying and addressing potential risks that may hinder product development or delivery.
- Document and maintain all training materials, policies, and procedures related to the operation of new or improved products and features.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Data Engineering to establish key product KPIs, define metrics, and generate dashboards for ongoing monitoring of product health and feature adoption.
- Create frameworks for post-release impact reviews (e.g., adoption metrics, GPV/ARR attribution models) to assess realized value, identify variances from forecasts, and incorporate learnings into future product roadmaps.
- Gather, synthesize, and act on product feedback from internal teams and end-users, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, bugs, and escalations while enhancing the scalability and efficiency of product support.
- Execute go-to-market strategies through prompt and effective product launches.
