Nexxen is searching for a results-driven and sales-oriented Director of Programmatic Partnerships to join our dynamic exchange team. This hybrid role combines proactive sales and business development, with a primary focus on increasing investment from DSPs and their clientele through various strategies, including incentives, deals, and open auction SPO.
You will identify new opportunities, structure and finalize deals, and enhance Nexxen’s presence among both established and emerging DSP partners, including Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, Viant, and more. Unlike traditional agency sales roles, you will be engaging directly with DSP organizations and their buyers. Success in this role hinges on a thorough understanding of the ecosystem, innovative commercial approaches, and unwavering commitment to revenue growth.
This position is based in our New York office, following a hybrid schedule of three days in the office each week.
