A brief report summarizing your shift, including highlights, photos, and feedback, will be submitted after each demonstration. Key Responsibilities Conduct captivating, hands-on product demonstrations one to two weekdays, with a focus on Friday through Sunday. Educate customers and store staff on Fellow products, brewing methods, and our brand narrative. Ensure a clean and professional setup using the provided demo kit or in-store demonstration units. Submit a post-visit report within 48 hours, detailing a brief recap, sales insights, and photos. Capture photos of your setup, Fellow merchandising, and noteworthy competitor displays. Provide valuable field feedback and observations to the Fellow team. Engage with local cafes and small businesses that stock our products, aiming to identify potential demonstration or activation opportunities. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in customer service and/or sales. Proficiency in working with KPIs. Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-centric. A passion for coffee and familiarity with brewing equipment (barista or demo experience preferred). Professional demeanor, personable, and confident in customer and retail staff interactions. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods. Weekend availability required; comfortable working independently in a retail environment.
