In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategic direction and go-to-market initiatives with our current agency partners while also driving the recruitment and activation of new partners to achieve measurable revenue growth. Your focus will be to create complex integration paths that facilitate self-serve utilization of Vidmob’s tools by agency teams, alongside developing scalable partnership playbooks to enhance client media effectiveness. You will leverage your expertise in agency dynamics, with a proven track record of influencing partner behaviors to achieve tangible business outcomes. Strong product instincts and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally are key to managing and expanding a partner ecosystem that contributes significantly to our revenue goals.Key Responsibilities:Craft and execute a comprehensive agency partnership strategy that propels pipeline and revenue growth, aligning with Vidmob’s business objectives, particularly focusing on integrating media and creative teams.Serve as the central point for agency strategy and execution: Foster collaboration among leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent internal narrative and a smooth transition from strategic vision to daily operational success.Collaborate closely with business development teams to design and implement account-based plans and growth strategies, creating coordinated approaches that maximize revenue opportunities within holding company networks.Identify, nurture, and sustain relationships across various levels within a holding company, including:Engaging with senior leaders in the industry; representing Vidmob at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and attract new partners.Maintaining accountability for key agency partners, influencing adoption, utilization, and commercial outcomes that positively impact Vidmob’s financial performance.
