Role Overview:
The Enterprise Director is responsible for driving strategic growth and revenue within 8-12 key Fortune 500 accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives while executing proactive upselling strategies. A primary focus will be on expanding clients’ investment in our Opportunities product.
Your Contribution to Success:
Strategic Account Management
- Manage and cultivate relationships with 8-12 of our highest-value enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the lead strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior decision-makers.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders.
- Analyze complex organizational structures to identify key influencers across various departments and business units.
Revenue Growth & Expansion
- Achieve ambitious annual upsell targets, concentrating on increasing quarterly investments in the Opportunities product.
- Develop and present compelling business cases that outline clear ROI and strategic value for expansion initiatives.
- Manage enterprise sales cycles to secure significantly larger investments by navigating complex organizations, building internal champions, and negotiating high-stakes deals.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Client Strategy, and Technical teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Advocate for client needs internally while driving product improvements.
