The Audience Analytics team is dedicated to enhancing our data-driven products and services across the agency while evolving and future-proofing our clients' audience-first, data-centric, and outcome-driven strategies for all media purchases. Operating under the analytics craft, the Audience Analytics Team collaborates cross-functionally to connect the agency's proprietary people-based data, empowering data-informed decision-making throughout planning and activation to optimize clients' business results.
As the Director of Audience Analytics, you will deliver data-informed insights and solutions guiding the development and execution of addressable audience strategies. You will utilize advanced data science and analytics techniques, leveraging the agency's proprietary data assets to significantly advance clients' media data efforts. You will work closely with managers within the Analytics function and cross-functional teams to modernize Initiative's audience-first approach and elevate addressable data thinking.
