Role Overview:
We are in the process of establishing a dedicated Data Analytics and Operations team within our Research division to enhance our analytics ownership and the accessibility of our core data assets. This pivotal role is centered around ensuring the integrity, usability, and transformation of data into actionable insights for both business and client applications.
You will tackle complex problem domains, set standards in the absence of existing frameworks, and take charge of converting intricate data into reliable outputs. You should be adept at navigating through uncertainties, tracing issues across systems, and adjusting your strategies as you gather more insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with extensive and intricate datasets to analyze data behavior, quality, and its downstream effects.
Establish and uphold standards for analytics outputs, including defining acceptance criteria and ensuring readiness for utilization.
Transform data into coherent analytical narratives for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Develop and enhance workflows that facilitate analytics delivery, incorporating automation and AI-driven tools as appropriate.
Collaborate closely with engineering, research, and product teams to identify issues, clarify data commitments, and facilitate resolution.
Detect and rectify gaps in data reliability or usability proactively.
Convey findings, risks, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to the advancement of an analytics culture that values ownership, transparency, and impact over bureaucratic processes.
