A minimum of 2 years of management experience overseeing a team of 2-10 junior creatives is essential. A strong portfolio that highlights innovative thinking across diverse tactics and showcases award-winning projects will certainly capture our attention. Your expertise should encompass KOL videos, educational experiences for healthcare professionals at congresses, DSA campaigns, AOR brand campaigns, website development, digital banners, and ICVA initiatives. ROLE EXPECTATIONSThis role is tailored for candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience in an agency setting, overseeing brand strategies and creative teams. As the Creative Director, you will take charge of the creative process, effectively selling ideas to clients, and consistently delivering results that surpass expectations. You will play a crucial role in pitches and presentations, actively participating in efforts to secure new and organic business opportunities. Strong client-facing skills, hands-on involvement, and exceptional time management abilities are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment. You will be expected to lead projects independently, mobilizing key creative resources as necessary, both internally and externally.
