Key Responsibilities
Craft and implement innovative media strategies that link engagement to business results. As a Media Planner, you will design and execute both digital and traditional advertising strategies for clients ranging from prominent nonprofits to political advocacy groups and major brands.
This role is ideal for you if you possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills. You will effortlessly transition from client presentations to in-depth analyses of campaign performance while converting client objectives into actionable media plans. You are fluent in industry jargon, utilizing terms like DSP, CPA, IVT, ROAS, and AVOC, and can communicate these effectively to clients and team members.
Your extensive experience in paid media will inform your contributions, complemented by your digital curiosity and innovative mindset that will introduce fresh ideas to the team.

A Day in the Life
- Develop media plans and recommendations that align with client objectives, ranging from direct response initiatives to advocacy and awareness goals.
- Manage live media campaigns, overseeing budgets, pacing, collaborating with team members and external vendors for campaign optimization, and providing insightful recommendations to clients.
