Your care will be overseen by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates with specialists across various fields such as cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our distinguished clinicians work closely with over 60 members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, renowned experts available for consultations, support, and referrals.
We are currently seeking a Concierge Greeter to create a memorable first impression for our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and ensure a welcoming environment while managing office administration tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, always exuding an upbeat and friendly demeanor.
- Facilitate the delivery of mail and packages throughout the Institute at least three times daily.
- Accurately receive and deliver packages to the correct addressees.
- Run errands outside the office and Institute to procure items, courier packages, and more.
- Maintain office supply storage areas and kitchen supplies across two locations.
