Role Overview
The Client Analytics Manager leads analytics projects for major pharmaceutical and agency clients. Reporting to the Director of Client Analytics, this role combines hands-on data analysis with client-facing responsibilities. The position requires balancing multiple priorities, delivering clear insights, and supporting both clients and internal teams. The work highlights DeepIntent’s strengths in healthcare advertising measurement.
What You Will Do
Client Analytics & Engagement
- Lead analytics initiatives for assigned client accounts.
- Develop data-driven deliverables that communicate key insights.
- Run meetings to review KPIs, performance trends, and optimization opportunities with clients.
- Serve as a consultative resource for client questions.
- Present reports to clients and internal teams.
- Onboard new brands and clients, explaining methodologies and simplifying complex solutions for agency and manufacturer partners.
Measurement Strategy & Outcomes Delivery
- Oversee measurement strategy and design for client accounts, providing business rules and guidance.
- Lead setup, activation, documentation, and walkthroughs for DeepIntent Outcomes(™).
- Ensure data accuracy and proper representation in all deliverables.
- Create custom reports and reviews aligned with client goals and templates.
- Deliver insights that show DeepIntent’s value and help clients succeed.
- Translate business needs into analytical outcomes with clear recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with pod leads to align on client priorities and manage expectations.
- Act as the analytics expert in team discussions and internal communications.
- Identify and address issues that affect client performance.
