Role Overview
The Business Development Team Lead (New York Office) will drive Parloa’s US revenue growth and expand market reach for SaaS products. This role guides a team of Business Development Executives, helping them build relationships, spot new sales opportunities, and deliver strong results in a competitive market.
What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor Business Development Executives to surpass sales targets in the US.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients and pipeline growth.
- Foster a culture of ongoing learning and improvement through coaching and training.
- Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to align sales strategies and support business growth.
- Review sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Maintain clear documentation of sales processes, best practices, and training resources for consistency and scalability.
- Promote collaboration and communication across teams to achieve shared goals and deliver customer value.
