We are looking for a BDR Manager to report directly to our Director of GTM. This role will lead a team of 5-10 exceptional BDRs, oversee top-of-funnel performance, coach and develop talent, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to cultivate a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline. This position is based in our New York City headquarters, requiring in-office presence five days a week.
