You will collaborate closely with the BDR Team Lead, utilizing a proven playbook that has consistently driven the team to achieve their quotas.Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 base salary + variable compensation (80/20) + Stock Options*Location: Hybrid work model - 3 days per week in our Chelsea office, with fully expensed quarterly visits to our Paris office.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Representative, you will:Execute targeted outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to cultivate a qualified pipeline in key sectors.Assess inbound leads and collaborate with the Head of Sales and Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions and effective deal progression.Utilize tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify high-potential accounts and maintain pipeline clarity.Work in tandem with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, experiment with campaigns, and enhance conversion rates.Regularly meet monthly pipeline goals while accurately tracking activities and data in HubSpot.Your Profile1-2 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably as a BDR, SDR, or similar role in B2B SaaS or API-first environments.Fluency in English with strong communication skills: concise, engaging, and persuasive.A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking.
