Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Management and Growth Serve as the primary delivery leader for a portfolio of client engagements. Establish robust client relationships across various leadership levels, acting as a trusted advisor who aligns with business objectives, anticipates challenges, and proactively provides solutions. Collaborate with client executives to comprehend long-term business goals and align consulting services with strategic priorities. Guide clients on roadmaps, governance models, and operational frameworks that support their long-term business objectives. Identify opportunities for additional value creation beyond current project scopes. Deliver thought leadership on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to client challenges. Translate delivery outcomes into quantifiable business impact, reinforcing the value of our partnership. Conduct regular reviews of client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities. Work closely with Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering leadership to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. Organizational Delivery Oversight Oversee client delivery engagements across various accounts and sectors, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery processes and operational efficiency.
