Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Delivery
- Achieve annual managed revenue targets set by practice leadership.
- Craft integrated project management plans while managing timelines and dependencies across various initiatives.
- Define project deliverables and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Control project scope and ensure effective communication of status and vision to client management.
- Assess project skill requirements and collaborate with resource managers to identify suitable team members.
- Manage overall team performance, including evaluations and staff development.
- Oversee project financial management and risk assessment.
- Identify potential clients and propose tailored solutions.
Sales & Business Development
- Meet annual sales targets as determined by practice leadership.
- Develop client-centric solutions during the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales professionals to create and nurture leads.
- Lead pursuit teams from qualification through closure, including contract negotiations.
People & Practice Management
- Act as the first-line manager for a group of Oracle E-Business Suite practitioners.
- Contribute to the annual performance evaluation and compensation processes for direct reports.
- Aid in staff recruitment efforts.
