What You’ll Do:
Recruit, develop, and manage a world-class team of Enterprise Security Directors and Sales Specialists.
Own revenue contribution and influence targets within Enterprise Security, ensuring consistent achievement through effective collaboration with Enterprise AEs.
Shape and evolve Datadog’s Enterprise Security overlay strategy, including specialist-to-AE ratios and rules of engagement.
Define and implement the pipeline generation strategy within a co-sell model, establishing clear deployment guidelines for Security Specialists to optimize pipeline creation.
Execute growth strategies across enterprise customers, focusing on new acquisitions and multi-product security adoption.
Establish operating rigor in pipeline influence, forecasting, and account-level security strategies.
Lead teams through complex security sales cycles, ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders including CISOs and IT leadership.
Engage Security Specialists effectively throughout the sales cycle to maximize their impact.
Who You Are:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise sales within the security or cloud sectors.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, particularly with C-level executives.
