Bluefish is on the lookout for a dynamic Agency Development Lead to spearhead sales initiatives with global Agency Holding Companies and independent agencies. This pivotal role is tailored for a seasoned agency sales leader with a robust history of consulting with agency teams, centers of excellence, investment teams, and agency leadership. We aim to onboard new agencies, offer insights on the evolving AI Marketing landscape, and ultimately acquire new business.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with Agency leadership and Account teams, promoting Bluefish, and educating stakeholders on GEO/AIO methodologies. Success in this position demands a motivated seller with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of consulting agencies on the future of AI Marketing. You will need to master the AI-driven marketing landscape, positioning our platform to foster innovation and deliver measurable business outcomes for brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leverage your network to connect with prospective account teams and establish relationships with some of the world’s leading brands.
- Deliver outstanding results swiftly, taking ownership of revenue targets while consistently exceeding ambitious goals.
- Collaborate with agencies to influence the development of an innovative AI Marketing business solution.
- Foster strong partnerships and ensure sustained revenue growth.
- Effectively present and communicate our unique value proposition, showcasing ROI and how our solutions resolve critical business challenges for enterprise clients.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and closing, while consistently achieving milestones and quotas.
- Maintain a dynamic and accurate sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities to ensure a steady influx of high-value customers.
