The Role
We are seeking a dynamic User Acquisition Manager to spearhead and scale our user growth initiatives across both paid and organic channels. This position will place you at the nexus of marketing, data analytics, and product development, allowing you to craft and execute strategies that attract new users while keeping our growth engine energized. Ideal candidates will be data-driven, thrive in a fast-paced startup atmosphere, and possess a passion for sports and prediction markets.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition
Oversee and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks.
Optimize budget allocation to maximize user acquisition and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop and refine creative strategies.
Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
Organic & Lifecycle Growth
Identify and enhance organic acquisition channels such as SEO, content marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
Work closely with product teams to optimize onboarding processes and boost activation rates.
Design and test referral and incentive programs to promote word-of-mouth growth.
Conduct full funnel analyses from impressions to engaged users, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
Analytics & Reporting
Establish, track, and report on essential acquisition KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and registration rates.
Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time channel performance visibility.
Perform cohort analyses and A/B testing to enhance acquisition efficiency.
Collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate attribution and measurement across all channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Foster teamwork across various departments to drive growth initiatives.
