About the job
Join Crosby, the pioneering law firm of the future!
At Crosby, we are a dynamic team of technologists and legal professionals working hand in hand to reshape corporate legal services from the ground up. Our proprietary technology and innovative workflows are designed to significantly improve the collaboration between lawyers and machines, enabling us to review complex documents with unparalleled speed and accuracy.
Founded by industry leaders Ryan (University of Pennsylvania, Stanford Law, former Cooley attorney, and General Counsel) and John (University of Pennsylvania M&T program, former Ramp and Google employee), we are committed to elevating legal practices through technology.
Our Core Beliefs:
A robust legal system is essential to a thriving society.
Legal expertise is both an art and a science. We are exploring the intersection of the two—systematizing what can be automated and enhancing human intuition where it is most needed.
The future of AI in law involves delivering outcomes—superior legal work that is executed swiftly and efficiently, rather than merely providing software solutions.
We foster an in-person culture at our New York City office.
Your Role:
As a Strategic Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing legal practices. You will manage a team of attorneys while spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing workflows for greater efficiency and quality. Your responsibilities will include designing and conducting experiments, utilizing data to derive insights, and establishing scalable best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate existing workflows and processes continuously, implementing data-driven experiments to enhance speed, consistency, and quality.
Coordinate team resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality legal services aligned with client requirements.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with current partners to maximize value.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, and Operations teams to introduce new tools and processes.
Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
