The Lead for People and Talent Operations will own recruiting, people operations, and cultural development. What you will do Manage the entire recruitment process for all open roles, including engineering, product, go-to-market, clinical, and administrative positions. Partner with leadership on role design, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates. Create and implement outbound sourcing strategies to develop strong, diverse candidate pipelines, with a focus on engaging passive talent and minimizing agency use, especially for candidates with healthcare AI experience.
