This team is responsible for the central AI Platform that enables AI functionalities across Addepar's offerings, as well as leading some of our flagship AI products, such as Addison.In this pivotal role, you will spearhead product management within a new organizational structure, leading innovative, zero-to-one product initiatives. You will build and scale entirely new product offerings in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, utilizing cutting-edge agents, agentic workflows, and LLMs to create transformative products that provide exceptional value to our clients. This position demands close collaboration with engineering, design, product, marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure the successful launch of new AI products.This role is highly cross-functional and visible, ideal for a hands-on builder who excels at the convergence of AI, customer-focused product development, and financial technology.Addepar adopts a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary for a successful candidate will be determined based on the role, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and market dynamics. The salary range presented here reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.The current salary range for this position is $142,000 - $223,000 (base salary) plus bonus, equity, and benefits.Your recruiter will provide specific salary details for your preferred location during the hiring process.
