Your role will involve transforming our proprietary data into industry-leading insights, establishing us as the most reliable partner for employers navigating the complexities of healthcare benefits. You will define Garner’s thought leadership voice and collaborate closely with our go-to-market, research and development, and leadership teams to craft content that enhances our brand and drives product demand.Work Environment:This position is based in our New York City office, with a requirement to work in the office three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Your Responsibilities:Oversee the complete thought leadership process, from hypothesis formulation and data analysis to high-quality content production, delivering industry-leading insights into the healthcare system.Collaborate closely with Garner’s leadership to identify unique topics and partner with the Data team for in-depth analysis and research.Author, edit, and manage the creation of white papers, blog posts, and presentations that convert complex data into engaging narratives.Provide analysis and content tailored to support demand generation through various channels, including webinars, our website, social media, and paid media.
