Candidates must be available to work onsite three days a week, specifically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.Your Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers and clinical experts to lead projects that shape our definitions and measurements of provider cost and quality.Drive the development and enhancement of tools for writing, assessing, and integrating rules that measure provider behavior.Design and maintain data-driven algorithms, including AI and machine learning models, to enhance our estimates of provider recommendations.Act as a subject matter expert in statistical modeling, refining evaluation methods for current models and future modifications.Work alongside data engineers to create scalable data pipelines that effectively ingest, clean, and enrich healthcare provider data.Engage cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and operations teams to convert business needs into data-driven solutions.Define data science methodologies and best practices for the team.
