Your Role
We are on the lookout for a customer-focused, data-oriented Senior CRO Strategist with 4–6 years of experience to spearhead conversion rate optimization strategies for a diverse array of direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce clients. This role is customer-centric and agency-styled, where you will manage multiple accounts and take ownership of both the strategic design and execution of impactful experimentation programs, with a strong focus on A/B testing, while also serving as a trusted advisor.
You will simplify complex data into persuasive narratives, create client-ready presentations, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Your Responsibilities
Lead CRO strategy and execution for various DTC e-commerce accounts, encompassing audits, roadmaps, A/B testing, and comprehensive reporting.
Design and execute experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing, while analyzing user behavior to uncover optimization opportunities.
Establish KPIs and develop testing roadmaps for advertising (campaigns, landing pages) and website elements (UX, checkout, conversion flows).
Manage end-to-end client relationships, acting as the primary strategic partner, providing expert advice on CRO methodologies, and clearly communicating results to stakeholders.
Build and sustain a robust testing pipeline that consistently addresses the needs of clients and their customers.
Extract, analyze, and synthesize performance data to produce actionable insights.
Create and deliver presentations, reports, and decks that translate data into actionable business recommendations for various audiences (marketing, product, executive teams).
Collaborate across functions with internal teams (media, creative, analytics) to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution.
