Role overview
The Senior AI Applied Scientist role is based in New York City. This position is part of Anthuria’s early-stage technical team, offering the chance to influence both product and culture.
What you will do
- Develop AI-driven features: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build AI-powered tools that improve post-acute care operations. Write production-grade Python code and combine software engineering with machine learning to deliver reliable solutions.
- Manage evaluation frameworks: Define evaluation methods and metrics for AI systems. Test, monitor, and assess model performance to support rapid iteration and high-quality product delivery. Analyze requirements and user behavior to align with strategic goals.
- Foster a metrics-driven culture: Build data pipelines, product analytics, and experimentation processes that keep the team focused on measurable results. Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders from various backgrounds.
- Ensure compliance and data security: Integrate security and HIPAA-grade compliance into every AI system, pipeline, and experiment to protect sensitive patient data as Anthuria grows.
- Advance AI innovation: Stay active in research, learn from customer workflows, and contribute ideas to improve Anthuria’s AI solutions.
