You'll play a critical role in exceeding sales quotas by executing a disciplined, multi-stakeholder sales strategy, and you will contribute significantly to establishing Glimpse's enterprise business as we aim for eight-figure revenues this year.What You'll DoManage the complete enterprise sales cycle — from executive-level discovery to complex negotiations, procurement, and closure — focusing on fewer, high-value, long-term deals.Drive new revenue growth by identifying and engaging strategic prospects within major CPG brands, fostering relationships across finance, accounting, operations, and C-suite stakeholders.Lead multi-threaded deals with discipline — managing various stakeholders, navigating procurement and legal processes, while maintaining sales momentum throughout extended cycles.Create and implement account plans that align Glimpse's value proposition with each prospect's specific financial workflows, business objectives, and organizational structure.Utilize a structured enterprise sales methodology — employing MEDDPICC/Challenger and executive selling principles to rigorously qualify and advance deals with precision.Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to define enterprise structure, pricing, and positioning, while relaying market intelligence back into our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.Develop and formalize the enterprise sales playbook, establishing frameworks, processes, and benchmarks that will shape Glimpse’s upmarket scaling efforts.Represent Glimpse at industry events and conferences, enhancing our visibility and building pipeline with key brands and buyers in the market.
