Job Description
We are seeking an individual to take charge of our Recruiting and People Operations as we scale. This role will collaborate closely with the founders to build our team and formalize the internal systems that support it.
This position encompasses full-cycle recruiting and early-stage people operations. You will be instrumental in driving hiring across the organization while also shaping onboarding, performance processes, and team structure.
High-growth companies in the sports, fintech, and prediction markets sectors prioritize disciplined hiring and robust internal foundations. Your contribution will be vital to this mission.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruiting cycle from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop the hiring roadmap and manage headcount planning.
- Create outbound sourcing pipelines for engineering, trading, operations, and customer experience roles.
- Define position scopes and maintain interview scorecards.
- Track recruiting metrics to enhance the conversion rate throughout the hiring funnel.
- Oversee candidate experience and facilitate offer acceptance.
People Operations
- Design and implement an engaging onboarding experience and initial 30-day plans for new hires.
- Maintain comprehensive recruiting documentation and hiring systems.
- Assist in structuring the performance review cycles.
- Support compensation benchmarking and leveling frameworks.
- Facilitate transitions from contractor to full-time positions.
- Work with leadership on organizational design and team planning.
Background
- 3 to 6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations.
- Experience in technology, fintech, gaming, trading, or high-growth startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability in sourcing talent and familiarity with outbound recruiting methods.
