About the Role
As the Product Lead for our Commerce vertical, which encompasses our credit card connectivity and digital wallet solutions, you will play a pivotal role in defining product-market fit and executing strategies to enhance our offerings. This position entails comprehensive ownership of the product line, where you will work at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and go-to-market initiatives. Achieving success in this vertical is crucial for Method’s growth, and your expertise will be instrumental in driving this success. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in the payment and checkout landscape, thrive in ambiguous environments, and demonstrate a proven track record in the fintech industry. Your Responsibilities
Lead product strategy for Commerce, including defining hypotheses, validating them with customers, and determining future developments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders and C-suite executives to advance strategy and execution while defining product-market fit.
Oversee product discovery with potential customers, crafting Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and prototypes using tools like Figma.
Conduct thorough user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to validate product value through interviews and mock testing.
Develop problem statements, user personas, and strategic roadmaps for product development.
