About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our New York team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to craft clear, effective workflows and deliver intuitive user experiences for our clients. Our design toolkit includes Figma for design and prototyping, UserTesting for research, and Posthog for analytics. This position is based onsite at our vibrant SoHo office.
About the Team
The Tabs Product, Design, and Engineering team consists of 6 Product Managers, 30 engineers, and 1 design lead. You will join as the second designer, working closely with roughly half of our engineering pods. Additionally, you will collaborate with our front-end platform team to develop scalable components and maintain design standards that enable engineering to operate swiftly and consistently.
About You
5–10 years of product design experience in high-growth software companies, ideally within multiple stages such as Series B or C
A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, insightful problem framing, and a clean, intuitive user interface for complex workflows
Experience in designing B2B SaaS products, particularly with data-heavy, multi-step, or domain-specific user journeys
In-depth experience with design systems and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers to implement them effectively
