About the Role:
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Principal Product Manager in Enterprise Administration at AlphaSense. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of systems, workflows, and tools that empower both our internal teams and enterprise customers to efficiently configure, manage, and scale the AlphaSense platform.
This senior-level, high-impact individual contributor role within the Enterprise Intelligence product line will involve setting the strategic direction for enterprise administration throughout the customer lifecycle—from account setup and provisioning to ongoing management, growth, and renewal.
Your responsibilities will encompass both internal AlphaSense operations, such as onboarding and managing enterprise accounts, and customer-facing administrative capabilities, where enterprise administrators configure and manage their users. Success in this role will necessitate deep collaboration within a complex technical and operational landscape. Rather than leading a single team or product pillar, you will work alongside business and technology leaders across various departments—including user management, revenue operations, broker research, expert insights, enterprise implementation, and account management—to define and deliver a cohesive, scalable experience for AlphaSense’s administrative users.
In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue among teams, ensuring that every aspect of the technology stack impacting enterprise operations is aligned and optimized for a seamless user experience.
