About This Role
We are seeking a proactive Office Manager to ensure our New York City headquarters operates flawlessly. You will be the central operational figure within our office, tasked with maintaining efficient office operations and overseeing vendor relationships. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in fostering a polished, organized, and inviting atmosphere, and who aspires to be the backbone of a dynamic startup.
You will be responsible for all aspects of office functionality: managing daily operations, coordinating monthly team events, liaising with vendors, and ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. This position is highly visible and offers you substantial ownership over your responsibilities.
This position reports directly to the Head of Operations, is based in New York City, and requires you to be present in the office five days a week.
