JOIN THE HIFI NEW GRAD PROGRAM
This position is part of HIFI's New Grad Program, a structured 3-month contract aimed at nurturing early-career talents. Here, you will gain genuine ownership of projects, receive mentorship, and have a clear pathway to full-time employment. You will not be assigned mundane tasks; instead, you will be integrated into a team working on critical infrastructure from day one, paired with a senior mentor who will facilitate your development and assess your fit for a full-time role at the end of your contract.
We seek candidates who are not only eager to learn but also proactive in their approach, prioritizing urgency and continuous improvement throughout their tenure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, case studies, social media, and email communications, tailored for both technical and business audiences.
Assist in executing campaigns across paid, organic, and event channels, monitoring performance and adapting strategies as needed.
Conduct research on competitors, target personas, and market trends to refine HIFI's messaging and positioning.
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative in all go-to-market efforts.
Coordinate events, webinars, and partner initiatives to enhance HIFI's visibility among the appropriate audiences.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A recent graduate (or expected graduation by June 2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across multiple formats and audiences.
A strong interest in fintech, cryptocurrency, or developer tools; expertise is not necessary, but enthusiasm to learn is essential.
A detail-oriented, highly organized individual capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
