While achieving the aforementioned outcomes, proactively seek opportunities to refine approval/decline processes, line assignments, pricing, or loan duration policies. Within three months, launch an experiment to test your hypotheses, with the goal of generating at least a 1 percentage point increase in gross profit within the treatment group by the four-month mark.Steady-State Profit Generation: By the end of your first year, produce a cumulative $1 million in gross profit attributable to your experiments and credit policy changes, escalating to $5 million by year two.
