Role Overview: Enterprise AI Transformation Lead (East) This hybrid position is based in New York City and reports to the Director of AI Transformation and Success. The Enterprise AI Transformation Lead partners with Fortune 100 clients, guiding them through the adoption and integration of AI across their organizations. The role combines strategic advising with hands-on implementation, helping clients realize measurable business outcomes from AI initiatives. The position goes beyond traditional account management, influencing both client operations and WRITER’s product direction. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, working closely with a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and maximize ROI from WRITER’s AI platform. Act as a strategic partner to Fortune 50-100 clients, collaborating with executive teams to define vision, set direction, and establish the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework for AI adoption. Guide C-suite leaders from early AI experimentation to full-scale value realization, helping organizations reshape their operating models for an AI-first future. Share insights from client engagements to inform WRITER’s product development and influence how top brands use AI to extend human capability. Location and Reporting This is a hybrid role based out of WRITER’s New York City office.
