Build and maintain a tool-to-code pipeline (Figma, Claude, Builder, etc.) to keep design artifacts aligned with production components. Partner with Engineering on architecture decisions, including CI/CD, token systems, and distribution, and support enforcement mechanisms like linting and token constraints. Introduce and standardize AI-assisted workflows, structuring components for AI-friendly generation and integrating tools (Builder.io, Gemini, etc.) to support consistency. Mentor designers and engineers, and develop documentation to encourage system adoption and understanding. Location This is a remote position based in New York City, New York.
