Provide executive-ready assessments that categorize initiatives by impact and effort, along with a clear, phased execution roadmap.Product & Strategy Sprints: When the problem is defined but the solution is elusive, design and facilitate focused sprints that integrate customer insights, data analysis, product strategy, rapid prototyping, and implementation planning—accelerating decision-making to weeks.Workflow Automation & AI Development: Collaborate closely with Forward-Deployed Engineers to craft and implement automated and AI-enhanced workflows utilizing off-the-shelf SaaS tools, low-code platforms, and Tenex’s internal capabilities.Change Management & Enablement: Spearhead training and enablement initiatives that transform prototypes into everyday practices.
