About the job
About Clarion
Clarion is working to remove barriers in healthcare access. Today, medical professionals face an overload of calls, faxes, and scheduling demands. Patients often struggle to get timely care, which leads to staff burnout and lost revenue for clinics. The problem isn’t a lack of care, it’s a lack of capacity.
Clarion’s AI-driven platform supports the entire patient journey. From appointment scheduling and rescheduling to managing referrals and prescription refills, our technology handles complex workflows and delivers interactions that feel natural to patients.
We’ve raised $5.5 million from investors including Accel, Y Combinator, and Sequoia (Scout). Our founders bring experience from Ophelia, Medallion, and Counsel Health. Based in New York City, our team is moving quickly to improve healthcare access for all patients.
Why Work With Us?
- Solving real problems: Our work impacts millions of patients and healthcare providers. Clarion’s AI agents outperform human schedulers, freeing up teams to focus on care.
- Proven traction: Clarion has grown revenue 10x in the past year and manages millions of interactions for clients, from virtual clinics to a major $5 billion health insurer.
- Experienced leadership: Our co-founders know healthcare deeply. The CEO is a physician trained at Stanford and Harvard with clinical operations expertise. The CTO is a former Amazon Alexa engineer who led AI/ML teams at Salesforce.
- Early-stage impact: Every team member shapes our company’s direction, processes, and culture.
- In-person collaboration: We work together at our NYC office. This focus on in-person teamwork helps us move faster, build strong relationships, and maintain a unified culture.
What You Will Do
- Lead implementations from start to finish: Manage customer deployments from kickoff through go-live. Run discovery sessions, collect scheduling rules and clinic workflows, build project plans, track timelines, and coordinate with engineering and client teams to deliver on schedule.
- Own non-technical implementation tasks: Gather and organize client inputs to keep the implementation process smooth and aligned with customer needs.
Location
This role is based in our New York City office. In-person collaboration is a core part of our culture.
