About the Role
We are on the lookout for a proactive GTM Engineer to take charge of and expand the systems that fuel Glimpse's outbound efforts. You will engineer the automation infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-enhanced workflows that empower our team to accelerate processes, engage in continuous experimentation, and optimize pipeline conversion as we aim to reach eight figures this year.
This position lies at the crossroads of revenue operations, growth engineering, and pipeline generation. You will oversee the technical execution of our go-to-market initiatives, encompassing programmatic outbound strategies, revenue system optimization, and experimentation execution, while also being responsible for designing and solidifying a scalable outbound engine.
What You'll Do
Lead Revenue Operations & GTM Systems
Administer and refine our GTM technology stack (initially HubSpot, Apollo, Clay)
Create and sustain data pipelines connecting CRM, sales tools, and analytics platforms for real-time reporting and multi-attribution
Craft lead workflows to enhance conversion rates throughout the funnel
Guarantee data quality, hygiene, and visibility across all GTM systems
Establish Programmatic Outbound Infrastructure
Design and deploy AI-driven outbound sequences that allow for large-scale personalization
Manage email deliverability infrastructure, focusing on domain health, warming strategies, and monitoring sender reputation
Develop automated research and trigger workflows utilizing tools like Clay to refine targeting and personalization
Evaluate and enhance outbound platforms to ensure steady pipeline generation
Accelerate Growth Through Experimentation
Implement high-velocity experiments, including website widgets, landing page variations, and email sequences
Create internal tools that empower marketing and sales teams to initiate tests independently of engineering
Instrument conversion funnels with appropriate tracking and analytics
