This encompasses systems such as data visualization, entity management, search functionalities, dashboards, and document workflows. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate complex challenges into intuitive product experiences.This role occupies a pivotal space at the intersection of frontend, backend, and product strategy. You will lead the design and implementation of features from start to finish while contributing to the evolution of the product. The emphasis is not merely on coding but on deeply understanding user challenges, making informed product and technical decisions, and crafting thoughtful, well-designed solutions.We are looking for senior and staff-level engineers who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage complex product systems, and help establish engineering standards as Hypha grows. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, technical expertise, and scope of responsibility.Core CompetenciesDesign and deliver full-stack product systems utilizing React, Next.js, APIs, and PostgreSQL-based services.Take ownership of features from ideation through to production, including technical design, implementation, edge case handling, and overall product refinement.Construct scalable, maintainable systems across both frontend and backend that facilitate complex workflows and data-rich interactions.Collaborate closely with product and design teams to define project scope, challenge existing assumptions, and iteratively deliver with sound judgment.Make informed decisions regarding application architecture, state management, data modeling, and backend development.Enhance engineering quality through rigorous code review, improved abstractions, and stronger production practices.
