The Opportunity:
As our Founding Frontend Engineer, you will spearhead the user experience for the Crosby platform. Your mission will be to craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly functional interfaces that enable our legal team to operate with unmatched efficiency. Collaborating closely with our founders, product team, and legal professionals, you'll transform intricate workflows into seamless user experiences. This is an unprecedented opportunity to build our frontend architecture from the ground up, create our design system, and set the benchmark for quality and performance.
Your Responsibilities:
Frontend Architecture: Develop the core frontend of the Crosby platform utilizing modern frameworks such as React, Vite, and TanStack.
User Experience Design: Design and implement high-performance user interfaces tailored for complex, data-rich legal workflows.
Rapid Prototyping: Collaborate with product and our in-house legal team to swiftly prototype and refine user-facing features.
Codebase Foundation: Establish a sustainable frontend codebase, which includes a comprehensive component library and design system.
Collaborative Development: Coordinate with backend engineers to design and implement APIs that ensure a cohesive user experience.
Team Growth: Contribute to building and mentoring our engineering team.
