Role Overview
As Mutiny grows, our challenges evolve. It is essential to gain insights into the operational mechanics of our business as we move beyond mere execution tasks. We need clarity on revenue streams, conversion drivers, and the effectiveness of various segments, pricing, and GTM strategies.
We are seeking a Finance & BizOps Lead who can synthesize data, systems, and revenue into actionable strategies. Your expertise will help us bridge the gap between insights and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of our financial and operational growth model. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining realistic revenue and funnel models
- Collaborating with GTM teams to understand outcome determinants
- Identifying inefficiencies and potential revenue opportunities
- Creating systems and workflows that enhance operational efficiency
