Founded by Harvard alumni with experience from Jane Street, Onyx is based in the vibrant NoHo district of downtown Manhattan. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.

• Manage internal and external communications through email, Slack, and other channels
• Organize meetings, create agendas, and ensure follow-ups across various departments

• Proactively identify potential issues and address them swiftly
• Streamline workflows to enhance team efficiency
• Keep leadership organized, aligned, and focused on key objectives
