Our mission is to equip private equity firms with a robust, AI-native operating framework across their portfolios.Job SummaryWe are searching for a seasoned leader, at the Managing Director or Director level, with a background from a top-tier investment bank, particularly from the Investment Banking division or the Financial Sponsor Coverage group, or an equivalent role within a PE-facing enterprise. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing Teragonia’s relationships with premier control-oriented buyout firms, each managing over $15 billion in assets.The Financial Sponsor Coverage Officer will introduce Astradis to PE investment teams and operating partners, collaborate with our Value Orchestration Engineering leaders in pre-sales activities, and convey Teragonia’s value proposition directly to CEOs and Presidents of PE-backed companies. Key stakeholders of Astradis include the investment team, operating partners, and the PortCo CEO, as they are the “PortCo EBITDA owners.”This role represents a pivotal opportunity for a leader who is genuinely passionate about AI and technology, and who deeply understands the PE landscape.
