We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to spearhead, lead, and enhance our Revenue Operations function. This individual will take on a player-coach role, actively solving problems while also guiding a small but high-performing team. The ideal candidate is highly metrics-driven and an AI enthusiast, who will utilize advanced tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and achieve measurable results throughout our go-to-market (GTM) organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the overarching Revenue Operations strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership.
- Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of Revenue Operations professionals while remaining hands-on.
- Process Optimization & Enablement
- Deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance workflows, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Create scalable processes to support efficient operations.
