This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week at our location on 60 Madison Avenue.Your Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate critical planning and decision-making processes within the Product organization, including solution assessments, roadmap prioritization, and annual strategic planning.Identify, implement, and manage product management tools, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the product team.Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Role Overview: As the Product Design Director, you will lead a talented team of designers focused on enhancing our internal tools and enterprise ecosystem. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our internal users experience the same high-quality, user-centric design as our external customers. You will maintain high standards of excellence, ensuring that our tools not only function effectively but also empower employees to drive exceptional value for the business and our end-users. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Design. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office each week. Thursdays are designated for in-office team meetings and events, while the other two office days can be adjusted to fit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid Salary Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $198,720.00 to $260,820.00 annually.
