About the job
At Headway, we're on a transformative mission to revolutionize mental health care, creating a system accessible to everyone. Our innovative technology connects individuals with exceptional therapists through the nation's first software-powered network of insurance-accepting providers.
With 1 in 4 people in the US facing treatable mental health conditions, the lack of insurance acceptance by providers often makes therapy prohibitively expensive. Headway aims to dismantle these barriers, facilitating easy insurance acceptance for therapists and helping them expand their practices.
Founded in 2019, Headway has rapidly evolved into a diverse, national network comprising over 60,000 mental health care providers across all 50 states. Our software has successfully served over 1 million patients. Backed by a Series D funding of over $325 million from prestigious investors like a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), Accel, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Spark Capital, Thrive Capital, Forerunner Ventures, and Health Care Service Corporation, we are poised for continued growth.
We want your time with us to be the most rewarding experience of your career. Join us in making a meaningful impact on mental health care!
